So many people don’t eat enough fruits and veggies. They wake up and eat a bagel for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch, a protein bar for snack, and pasta for dinner (maybe a few fruits and veggies hidden in there). 🌚
Eating LOTS of fruit and vegetables helps reduce your risk for chronic diseases, including high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, obesity and cancer. Whole fruits and veggies contain also contains loads of fiber, a nutrient important for keeping your gut healthy, which can reduce your risk for autoimmune diseases, fight off pathogens and infections, improve your mood, and give you ENERGY! 🌈💕🙏🏼
You don’t have to eat anything fancy like this rainbow nice cream. Just simply eat a large array of your favorite items from the produce department, and eat a lot of them. 👌🏼 Instead of filling up on beige foods, make them the side instead or cut them out of the meal completely—fill up on colorful foods instead. 🧡💕
