It’s Workout Wednesday! I know that I’m not the only one who’s jumped on the resistance band bandwagon. I submitted my application pretty early on. Checked the boxes for gym closure and relocation due to COVID-19. It was reviewed, and thankfully, accepted! If you get a little creative and take some time to really give them a try, resistance bands can be used for a plethora of exercises suitable for any workout routine.
Today, I went ahead and try a couple different resistance band setups for the seated row. If you don’t have a sturdy enough anchor point for the band in your home, your feet will do the trick. When using your feet as the anchor, I recommend keeping your legs straight, as opposed to slightly bent as you might using a cable tower. As you might expect, it hits a bit different than a cable tower setup at the gym, but it gets the job done.
